Booking Policies
Thank you for considering my photography services. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for both parties, I have established the following booking policies:
Booking Process:
a. To secure your desired date and time, a retainer fee of 50% of the total cost of the service is required at the time of booking.
b. The remaining balance must be paid 48 hours before the scheduled session.
Rescheduling and Cancellations:
a. If you need to reschedule your session, please notify me at least 72 hours in advance. I will do my best to accommodate your request and find a new suitable date.
b. In the event of cancellation 24 hours before the scheduled photoshoot, the retainer fee will be forfeited.
c. In case of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, I will work with you to reschedule the session at no additional cost.
Turnaround Time:
a. My standard turnaround time for delivering edited images is 7-14 days from the date of the session.
b. I take pride in delivering high-quality work, and editing requires time and attention to detail. Rest assured, I will ensure that your images meet my quality standards.
Rush Services:
a. If you require expedited processing and delivery of your images, I offer rush services for an additional fee.
b. The rush fee will be $100 and will guarantee a turnaround time of 72 hours from the session date.
c. Please note that rush services are subject to availability and may not be available during peak seasons or busy periods.
Travel Fee:
a. For on-location sessions beyond a 30-mile radius from Greenville, SC, a travel fee will be applicable.
b. The travel fee will cover transportation costs, time, and any additional expenses associated with traveling to the specified location.
c. The travel fee will be communicated and agreed upon before booking the session and will be added to the total cost of the photography package.
Image Delivery:
a. All images will be delivered digitally through a password-protected online gallery.
b. The gallery will remain active for 30 days during which you can download your images.
Usage and Copyright:
a. The images provided to you are for personal use only unless otherwise specified.
b. I retain the copyright to all images and reserve the right to use them for promotional purposes, including but not limited to my portfolio, website, social media, and marketing materials.
c. If you wish to use the images for commercial purposes or publication, please contact me to discuss licensing and usage fees.
